Electrical & Controls
The integrated constant current driver operates on a universal 120-277V, 50/60Hz input and includes 0–10V dimming wiring for integration with standard lighting control systems. To ensure long-term electrical reliability in challenging outdoor environments, the unit is equipped with 6kV surge protection. It maintains an excellent power factor of 99.9% at 120V and 95.8% at 277V, alongside low total harmonic distortion (THD) of 2.81% at 120V.
Construction & Durability
Constructed from rugged die-cast aluminum with a high-durability powder coat finish, the housing is engineered to withstand extreme weather conditions. It features a clear polycarbonate lens and is fully sealed with silicone gaskets to achieve an IP65 ingress protection rating against dust and water. The fixture carries a 3G vibration rating for secure pole-mounted operation and is cold-weather rated for ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C (-40°F) to 40°C (104°F).
Installation & Mounting
This area light comes standard with a universal pole mounting arm that accommodates existing drill hole patterns ranging from 1 inch to 5 1/2 inches center-to-center. For added versatility, a round pole adapter plate is included in the box to ensure seamless mounting on round poles with a diameter greater than 4 inches. The mounting arm utilizes an easy slide-and-lock mechanism, allowing for a safer and more streamlined installation process by a single technician.
